Design thinking is grounded in solid research, iterative prototyping and testing, and aims at meaningful solutions. But when you use that process, what consistent criteria do you use to define experience?
That question led Different to develop the Essentials of Customer Centric Business. At first glance it can appear to be just another UX infographic or a version of Maslow???s hierarchy of needs. But, as Anthony Colfelt (Creative Director) and Christian Lafrance (Innovation Director) will explain, it contains many layers and provides a great deal of practical information for design practitioners and businesses alike.
